Liberating Love was Fantastic!
Tully creates such a safe and open space. I loved the group dynamic as I saw myself and our relationship in other people’s sharing and realised it’s all universal and we aren’t alone in what we’re dealing with.
It also gave me the ability to see our relationship from a bigger perspective and appreciate the season we were in. I stopped existentially questioning whether we’re meant to be together. I stopped having one foot in the door and one foot out and fully committed to our future.
Our communication has really improved, especially in the area of conflict. We now have frameworks in place to ensure we are communicating respectfully and with the most generous interpretation of other person in mind. This has truly helped us break some unhealthy patterns.
I feel so connected to Tim again and our intimacy and trust in each other has returned. I was so scared that it never would again. It’s been really healing. I’m stoked that Tim and I have put in the work and it’s paid off.
